Brenntag Slovakia s.r.o. Bratislava (hereinafter only Brenntag) from 1.1.2009 is giving effect to the following general business rules:


 1.       Returnable packaging.

 1.1.   Backup packages, depreciation.
 Brenntag charged a deposit on all returnable containers and pallets according to the following price list (Eur. without VAT):
 

That deposit is returned in the packaging / pallets, taking into account amortization of credit by following these steps:
for repayment within 60 days from the issue, including the deposit will be credited at 100%from 61 to 120 days from the issue, including the deposit will be credited at 80% (depreciation of 20%)from 121 to 180 days from the issue, including the deposit credited at 50% (depreciation of 50%)after 180 days is backed container / pallet removed from the register and become property of the buyer.
1.2. Containers.
We provide containers for a maximum period of 8 months, of which the first 60 days are free of charge. After this period begins amortization charge for each additional month commenced in the amount of € 50 per month, per item. After 8 months of the dispensing container and upon payment of amortization, the container is removed from our records and become the property of the buyer.

1.3. Recovery of packaging.
Responsibility for the timely return of packaging / pallets into storage company Brenntag is always on the buyer. Brenntag can ensure acceptance of empty containers from the buyer only upon written request. If the return takes place in time before deadline, taking empty packages is free. If the download packages/pallets made without current supplies are accounted for transport costs of € 35.

2. Service charges for liquid goods.  

For all deliveries of liquid goods in returnable containers shall be charged a handling fee (check, filling, labeling,) as follows:

3. Fees for below-shopping.

3.1. Purchase of goods totaling less than € 100 (excluding VAT and charged returnable packaging and handling fees) is possible only in cash. In this case, also charged an additional surcharge for collection below the threshold of € 10.

3.2. Brenntag in agreed cases provides transport material to a location specified by the buyer. In the case of orders totaling more than € 400 (excluding VAT and charged returnable packaging) for a delivery point, may provide free transport material. For orders totaling less than € 400 (excluding VAT and charged returnable packaging), by mutual agreement, Brenntag will provide transport for a minimum shipping fee of € 35. In cases of express consignments to 48 hours are charged according to tariffs, transport costs of transport companies. In order to avoid this fee Brenntag recommended to increase the volume of goods purchased over the limits. It also recommends to order supplies well in advance, in order not to be treated as express mail.
