The trader Wilhelm Neuber starts to produce and imports from India.

Opening of a manufactory in Teplitz (in todays Czech Republic) for solid and liquid dyeing extract, acids, lyes and synthetic resins

25 years Wilhelm Neuber, opening of a further site in Brunner Heide

Neuber discovers even before Henkel bleaching effect of Sodium perborate and calls it 'NEUBOZON'.

1917

Wilhelm Neuber died at the age of 78. His son-in-law takes over the leadership.

NEUBER is transformed into an joint stock company.

DEGUSSA takes 39,4% of the share capital, Henkel 28,6%.

1945

The shares of DEGUSSA and Henkel are declared to German property.

Neuber is handed back to Gebr. Schoeller & Co.

The Österreichische Chemische Werke take over all shares from Gebr. Schoeller Neuber grows to the leading chemical distributor in Austria.
